Skymet’s analysis indicates that the monsoon break is part of a broader trend affecting the subcontinent. In Rajasthan, the monsoon is expected to weaken by Friday, further contributing to the dry spell in Delhi. Although the monsoon trough will eventually return to its usual position, the temporary shift is likely to last until July 15, when it is projected to move toward the Himalayan foothills and bring renewed activity to the region.
